NASB 1995 Text
4 Now the Passover, the feast of the Jews, was near. 5 Therefore Jesus, lifting up His eyes and seeing that a large crowd was coming to Him, said to Philip, “Where are we to buy bread, so that these may eat?”
Greek Text Transliteral
4 Was now near the Passover, the feast of the Jews. 5 Having lift up then the eyes – Jesus and having seen that a great crowd is coming to Him, He says to Philip, From where shall we buy bread that might eat these? (the – in verse 5 is from the Greek word ho or ὁ, ἡ, τό, and means “the” and the word is not used in the transliteral)
Greek Text from Berean Greek New Testament 2016
I also highlighted where the – would be in the Greek text, just for reference’s sake.)
